Add Hover Effect to buttons on website

Currently the buttons on the website have no interaction when the user hovers over them

I think we should have some sort of interaction on hover

There's no style guide for the website, but you can use similar colors for the hover effect. For example a darker blue or darker white. I also just noticed the Source Code button is slightly elevated, if you want to center it vertically :)
