Describe the issue Resizing the preference window to a small width just makes everything broken.

Expected behavior A limit on resizing so we don't have such a broken possibility on the UI.

Version: 2.0.2-dev Electron: 11.5.0 Chrome: 87.0.4280.141 Node.js: 12.18.3 OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22621

Either limiting or adding horizontal scroll
