What change is being introduced by this PR?

When the number button in the red circle is clicked, the time-cell vertical alignment page is displayed.

The time-cell vertical implementation window cannot interact with main. It just prints information.

How will this be tested?

[ ] I confirm I'm a native or fluent speaker of the language I'm translating to.

Hi @HyeonMo31. Please open issues before submitting PRs so we can discuss features before implementation. I'm not sure about the benefit of this feature. It is the same view but in vertical mode? What is the purpose of the change?

Only for curiosity as well, may I ask how you found out about Time to Leave?
