Integrate indexer with GUI #6

Integrate the indexer with the GUI. The Gui should produce a new window asking for the user option and for showing the status of the indexing process (as a progress bar probably).

The indexer has been integrated, but doesn't provide any option for choosing. Bug reported.

New Index Dialog solves the issue.
