proper handling of geonames error message #73

Lately geonames started to reply sometimes with an error message:

{"status":{"message":"the free servers are currently overloaded with 
requests.","value":22}}

When it happens mixare displays the message "received data from Wikipedia" but 
then no POIs are shown.

This error message should be correctly handled by the data input layer.
