Merge retail into v5 #24

Merge retail data into v5 so one code base can support all clients.

Just playing around with it a bit, this is what I found:

  1. Button to go to Options doesn't work
  2. Close button is too big (and uses the new texture which doesn't really match)
  3. The mismatching instance IDs mostly work, except for the instance name localization. I'd like to use https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/InstanceID but not all maps have an InstanceID (ex. world bosses) and Blackrock Spire and Dire Maul don't have separate ids for each part. Probably would just be easiest to re-sort the classic ids to match retail.
