Follows from #1 - this needs support for the new version of Tornado. It appears as though Tornado's introduced some breaking changes from 4 to 5.

Are there any plan to get this done?

httpwatcher can no longer be installed on Fedora as Fedora is shipping Tornado > 5. This means that I will have to remove the package soon.

The Fedora package is now retired aka will be removed.

I unfortunately just haven't had the time to look into this. If anyone wants to contribute, please feel free to submit a PR.
