Move Units.Net to the Mathematics section. #849

I propose moving the Units.Net project to the Mathematics section.

The Mathematics section is arguably more fitting for a unit conversion library, than the Misc section. This is further demonstrated by there already being a similar conversion library (UnitConversion) in the Mathematics section.

Hence, I suggest moving Units.Net there, too.

Edit: also fixed the sort order of the Mathematics section.
