The starting point of the arrows in Command and Exception is not clear. The arrows don't stick to the box.

For the dotted arrows in Exception, the legend at the bottom of the table describes that it is accessible for all components, hence it is left floating at the top along with Commons.

Could your response about Commnd be about Commons? The arrow for Command is not left floating and has an intuitive start and end box.
