PHP: Suggestion: add sample code for accessing the API #58

The sample client (example/client.php) has great examples of using the
OAuth.php library for the request, authorize and activate phases, but it is
missing an example of the last stage - actually accessing the information
using the access token.

i agree this would be a great improvement, i hit a bit of a hurdle here as it 
isn't
very intuitive, esp. if new to oauth.
