touchpad enhancement: double-finger swipe as scroll #154

in trackpad mode on multi-touch enabled devices, have option to use two-finger 
swipe to either:
(1) pan screen [as it does now], or...
(2) for doing horizontal or vertical mousewheel-type scrolling of window 
contents [like what volume rocker does now, horizontally]
