Shift and tab keys not working #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start x0vncserver on Linux or enable vnc on a vmware server Linux virtual 
machine
2. Connect to the virtual machine using android-vnc-viewer
3. Open a console in the virtual machine and try to use tab or shift key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The key event does not seem to be sent.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using? 20101119 

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform? See above

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)? 1024x768

What device are you using? Folio 100

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which? Standard rom

Please provide any additional information below.
