What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try and build a control + esc key sequence.
2. I can't see the letters I am selecting until I select them
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
0,1,2,3,4,5,6,..... a,b,c,d,e, ...esc.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?

version 0.4.7

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?

recent version of ultra vnc on windows xp professional

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
1024 x 768
What device are you using?
android motorola droid x version 2.2

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which?
nope
Please provide any additional information below.

input mode touch pad and zoom
local mouse pointer off
force full-screen bitmap off
24 bit color.

Also an issue on the original Motorola Defy (MB525) running andriod 2.2.2. It 
also affects all custom menus of this style throughout the program.
