Feature request: Ability to show the Android notification bar #233

Is it possible to add a config oiption to not show the VNC client window in 
full-screen mode?  I'd like to keep the Android notification bar in view even 
when interacting with the VNC host.

Or even always show the notification bar after pressing the menu button would 
do (only while the menu bar is showing on the bottom), I guess.
