i cannot access my Pc always give Hand shake #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i enter the passord and IP of my PC but not working 
2.i enter the wirless router IP it is work 
3.but if i'm not connected wiht same wirless that PC connected will not work 
will give handshake....

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using? 2.1

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform? latest version 

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768, -->yes 
1920x1080...)?

What device are you using? XPERRIA X10 I 

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which? i did not got you 

Please provide any additional information below.
