Physical ALT and CTRL buttons not supported #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a connection
2. Press CTRL-A, CTRL-C of CTRL-V for example
3. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that these key combinations are sent to the server

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
0.5.0

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?
Windows-7, RealVNC

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?

What device are you using?
Asus eee tab transformer

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
These keys are important for functions like copy, paste, save, print, etc. 
Using menu+sendkey is too complex.

I think this is the same problem as issue 238.
