Encoding of the Hungarian translation is wrong #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use in on a phone set to Hungarian

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The encoding of the translation is wrong, some characters are replaced with 
"?". It is barely usable this way, please fix it or give a way to select 
english (probably you just have to convert the translation files to UTF-8).

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
- latest from the market

What device are you using?
- LG Optimus One 500P

I'm having the same isue on several Android devices (Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000, 
Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000, Asus EEE Pad Transformer TF-101). It seems that 
accented characters are affected, please fix this ASAP or make it possible to 
use English.
