Show host cursor on vnc viewer #268

Uncertain if this is an issue / feature request or if
the requested func is hidden somwhere..

What I want to have is the host (server) mouse cursor shown 
on the client.
This is to use my android pad as an extra monitor and use 
wireless keyboard and mouse connected directly to host as 
input devices.

I only see the windows visual effects when moving the mouse 
over icons etc, no cursor arrow shown.

Server is win7 with tightvnc, client android 2.2, latest 
tightvnc and android-vnc-viewer.
