Local Mouse doesn't refresh on Mac OS X Host

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a Mac OS X (Leopard) host with Screen Sharing and VNC turned on
2. Move the mouse with the trackball when in non scaled out mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mouse should move, mouse only moves if you re-pan the image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.5.6

Just to be clear here-- the little tiny square local cursor does not move when 
you
move the trackball until you re-pan the image?

Yes tiny square doesn't redraw unless re panned or draws really late sometimes 
(3 secs or so)

I have noticed the same issue. Also that cursor can be DAMN hard to find in 1:1
