No UserAgent setting configured for webOS on Palm Devices #204

Currently, there is no user agent setting for those on a Palm Pre device, 
running webOS.

The only check against Mobile platforms is the 'Mobile' string in the HTTP 
Request header, which webOS browsers do not supply.

I've attached a patch that checks for the 'Mobile' or 'webOS' strings.
