Support loading the map file with full path

Expected result: The below commands work:

• tournament -M src/main/resources/maps/europe-conquest.map -P Random,Benevolent,Cheater -G 1 -D 50
• tournament -M europe-conquest.map -P Random,Benevolent,Cheater -G 1 -D 50

Actual result:

• First command doesn't work
• Second command works
