Unable to set ContactEntry Sensitivity #438

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create ContactEntry object
2. Set ContactEntry.Sensitivity = "private";
3. Call ContactEntry.Update();

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ContactEntry saved without error. Currently I am getting excpetion 400

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.0.0
