Enhancement - Associate one or more images the the article #128

Sorry if I missed this information in the forums or somewhere else...

I was wondering if it would be possible to associate an image to an article 
programatically, similar to the way we associate categories to articles.

This would help the news editor free him/herself from having to import the 
image through the WYSIWYG editor and having to make changes to the position, 
size of the image, etc.

And each image would eventually contain metadata for photographer/author, 
source, image description, etc.

There is no straight forward way to assign images to an article the same way 
you do categories. What you could do is assign an article to a certain 
category, have the article show what category it's assigned to then style that 
so that it displays an image.
