Changes

Update jsonnet tooling to v0.20.0. The PR is result of running the following commands with the latest version of Bingo

bingo get github.com/google/go-jsonnet/cmd/jsonnet@v0.20.0
bingo get github.com/google/go-jsonnet/cmd/jsonnet-lint@v0.20.0
bingo get github.com/google/go-jsonnet/cmd/jsonnetfmt@v0.20.0

The older version of the jsonnet tools seems to cause linter issues for https://github.com/thanos-io/kube-thanos/pull/299
