Ability to collapse rule groups in UI #5251

Is your proposal related to a problem?

When you have a large amount of rules/rule groups the UI becomes quite hard to navigate.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be good to have the rule groups collapsed in the UI by default with the option to expand them as needed.

Additional context

Apologies in advanced as I'm not sure if this would be a Thanos issue or an upstream prometheus issue for the UI component.
