Path to Closure Compiler zip file is incorrect #55

Unzipping that file produces a README that says that the link is no longer updated; this is the new, correct link: http://dl.google.com/closure-compiler/compiler-latest.zip

Thought a pull request was different from an issue. Figured I might as well make the change myself.
