Multiple file selection doesn't work on Win32 #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File->Open
2. Select multiple files
3. Click "Open"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: It should open all the selected files in individual tabs.
Actual: It gives a "file not found" error on the first selected item

I'm not sure what's up with this.  I'm no longer seeing the same problem.
