Enabling tray icon from prefs perminently hides window... #23

This problem is only occurring with Compiz-enabled systems at the moment. 
Switching to another window manager makes the window visible again. 
However, before the preference was added, I didn't experience this problem.

I checked out revision 114 and tested again, and the problems seems to go away. 
 This
must have something to do with changes between now and then.  I'm investigating 
more.

The window opacity preference added in r118 can be inadvertently set to 0.0 
(fully
transparent) under certain circumstances.

Workaround: locate and manually edit or remove your QSciTE preferences file.
Fix (in progress): I will set sensible defaults in a few more places.
