Support for line ending modes #6

We should be able to support '\r', '\n', and "\r\n" line delimiters. We
should detect the type of line endings in a file we open and provide UI for
override/normalize/convert.

EOL mode settings are in the preferences dialogs. Normalize functionality is in
Scintilla, and a menu item to activate it is coming soon.
Closing the bug for now.
