What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install magento
2. install openerp
3. install module

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Magento returned <Fault 2:'Access deniend'>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Xp
v5.0.6

check very  carefully. there needs to be a webservice user not regular one!
