Sync Error, time out #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Import 40 000~ products on psgres database (home script) > OK 
2. Import 600 products to magento (one per one) > OK
3. Update databases psgres, stock and price with an home script > OK
4. Sync new products updated (600 products) stock and price > ERROR : Sync
Error, Access Denied, Time out (with the client web or no web).

Do you have an idea ?
