IB Historical Data download hangs #33

For any stock, selecting IB/TWS as the historical data provider and then
downloading data will hang.  This occurs if a TWS instance is running or not.

Errors are not passed back to the IBDataManager so if there is a connection 
problem
or any data issue, then it will keep trying forever.  There is also no means to 
check
for a cancel.

Fixed, however an invalid symbol will still result in a hang.  This requires a 
bigger
fix and has been opened up as issue 43.
