code will not build (missing source code packages) #58

I've been trying to build the software, but the following packages are missing 
from the SVN tree.  Did someone delete them?  I cannot build the software 
without it.

com.ats.engine.*
com.ats.platform.*
com.ats.ib

and probably others.  

Can someone email me the latest source from 2010?  Or somehow re-submit to SVN?
