Added Coffeescript support.

During project creating, the developer is prompted to choose if they'd like to work with Coffeescript. (No is default).
The prompt response is saved in the project settings and used for subsequent module generation.

Thanks for doing this. I've only tinkered with Coffeescript. I've yet to use it on a real project, so I appreciate you taking care of the conversion.
