Video freezes when switching to a different virtual desktop and back #23

Replication Steps

Open app and start camera
Switch to a different virtual desktop (I use CTRL + WIN + ARROWRIGHT)
Switch back to virtual desktop containing running app (I use CTRL + WIN + ARROWLEFT)
Observe the video feedback has frozen
Also observe the "back" arrow no longer appears when you mouse over the app

Expected

Video should not freeze, and I should still be able to go back
