Currently, with high rotations, some targets can't be reached.
In order to solve this and also make sure that all experiments will work on all monitors, we need to make sure that all combinations of settings are possible (i.e.: all targets CAN be reached by the participant). This is the case if:
the minimum/maximum rotation is limited to -/+ 60 degrees
the workspace (home position, and targets) are moved up 1/10th of a normalized screen unit (10% of the maximum target distance)
