Cursor visibility in No-cursor trials #73

At the start of a no-cursor trial, the cursor is visible while people move to the home position. This is fine, as it should only affect the very first trial.

However, as soon as people get there, the cursor should be hidden, instead of waiting for them to leave the home position.
