UI: very easy to accidently "remove from queue" #103

On the playing episode screen, the player control buttons (Play/Pause, Rewind, FastForward) are too close to the "Remove from the queue" button and the latter is to easy to touch inadvertently. And because there is no confirmation dialogue, all you can do is re-download.

This could be in a drop down in the action bar.

I would agree. It could be moved to below the text details rather than next to the player controls.

The buttons on new widget (in the screenshot) look better. I'm not sure if black buttons on a grey background even with the highlight are a good idea, but I'll reserve judgement until I have seen them on the mobile. However, I think your comment is attached to wrong issue as this issue is about the "playing episode screen" rather than the widget.

This was separated in the widget in 5.0. I also meant to do it on the podcast activity but forgot.
