Make import from Google Reader not have all the folders and feeds ticked by default. #121

When I import from Google Reader, I get a screen listing all my feeds and folders and al of them are selected by default. But I like most people and certainly most ex-Listen users have only one folder with podcast subscriptions and other folders and feeds of news and other sites.

So I suggest that by default, the state should be none of them ticked.

Good point about Listen putting your subscriptions in one folder. Done in 5f627a6. In cd2bd9a I made it so "Listen Subscriptions" starts out checked.
