Use the images of Podcast better and at more places #128

Some places that I am thinking of:

The lockscreen The notification area controls Other places where we currently have the Podax's "P" icon.

The lockscreen and notification area controls already have it unless the podcast doesn't have an icon or the icon is so big that it doesn't fit into memory. Which podcast are you listening to?

Image does not appear for the following podcasts: The Vergecast The Verge Mobile Show This American Life Freakonomics Radio

The following podcast have images working: Friday night comedy from BBC radio 4 The Adam Corolla show

I have This American Life and Freakonomics Radio and they both work for me. Weird. What phone do you have?
