Support GoogleTV #175

Add support for GoogleTV, including Logitech Revue.

I'm guessing that Podax requires some feature that GoogleTV doesn't have. I doubt that I'll get around to fixing this bug, but I'd accept patches if someone with a GoogleTV wants to figure out what the problem is.

There are several other podcatchers (BeyondPod for example) that also work on Google TV, it should be possible.

I'm sure it is possible. I just don't know how to find out why it's not working and don't have much desire, honestly.

GoogleTV seems to have fizzed out. Not worth the effort any more.
