add "gpodder" to description in play store #176

Currently if you are searching for "gpodder" in the play store then podax does not come up as a result.

It's description does not mention gpodder or gpodder.net at all.

It's probably better that way for now because the gpodder sync doesn't work for everyone and I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

Fyi-gpodder sync is working a treat For me. Thx Thx thx thx ..... i've Been using listen till now but reader's demise prompted a re-eval and i was delighted to Find you.

+1 on thanks for the great and working gpodder support (of course, more gpodder functionality would be helpful ... record/skip-to current played position)
