support multiple gpodder.net accounts #177

Podax is automatically linking with the single account created with "GPodder.net Account".

The paradigm I think is to allow GPodder.net Account to create multiple accounts and then apps like Podax would have to chose which account to use (and also switch between them).

I don't know how Podax would react to having two gpodder accounts. I haven't tested it.
