Notification doesn't contain controls #178

Recently reinstalled 5.9 (after not using for a while due to M4A file problems) and found the notification area doesn't contain controls any more. I'm sure it used to. Running CM9.1 (ICS 4.0.4) on Galaxy S (exactly the same as previously no flashing). Would have been running an earlier version of Podax when I last used. Last played a podcast three days ago but notification is still present showing podcast artwork, title, etc.

Hmm. Notifications contains controls for me with Podax master (currently == 5.9, I believe), self-compiled with targets set to API 4.2 for all dependencies and Podax itself. Running on a Galaxy Nexus (GSM) with stock 4.2.1.

I'm using 5.9 from the market on CM9.1 (ICS 4.0.4). So your phone is on a newer version (Jelly Bean 4.2.1). Could this be the important? I'm sure it used to work.

My phone runs 4.2.1 now and I have the notification. I'm not sure why this would be happening.
