Support for real external SD (/extSdCard) instead of default /sdcard #182

Some Samsung phones have two "external" memories, one internal sd limited to 512mb or 1gb (mnt/sdcard) and the real external SD (mnt/extSdCard) Podax is using the first memory, so at least for me it is very frustrating, because after download 1 or 2 podcasts I have to move to externalSD and play with other mp3 players.

An option from preferences' menu or even a less user friendly alternative selecting in a config file would be welcome.

Furthermore I suppose this behavior is common to other mobile brands

I was resistant but it looks like this feature is becoming pretty important for quite a few newer devices.
