Podax in notification list remains when podax finishes

When Podax has been paused or finishes playing all of the podcasts the Podax player in the notification menu (at the top of the screen) remains indefinitely until Podax is killed from the running applications menu

I think this issue has been fixed, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem. Please yamatt let me know if it is not so. Thanks!
