gpodder.net integration — fails to create device #189

I'm running Podax 6.0 on Android 4.0.4. When I enter my gpodder.net credentials, Podax creates a gPodder entry under "System Settings > Accounts & Sync", but my phone does not appear at https://gpodder.net/devices/.

I believe that this is different from Issue #80: in that issue, it looks like the device entry is created but sync fails. In my case, I don't even see my phone on gpodder.net.

Try going to the system settings and syncing the account. If that doesn't work, try removing and readding it. I'm working on the GPodder integration for version 6.1 and will add some more diagnostics.

After manual sync didn't seem to do anything, I removed the account via System Settings and re-added it via Podax.

The account re-appeared in System Settings and "Sync now" tells me that the account has synced, but Podax still doesn't appear in https://gpodder.net/devices/.
