Carsh report pop-up is annoying #212

Could you please remove the crash report pop up? FOr some reason Podax crashes a lot, almost always when it is doing something in the background. I now get a pop-up asking me to put in the reason of the crash, and this jumps in front of the app I'm using. For instance in WhatsApp when I'm recording a voice message, which interrupts it. This is very annoying and doesn't motivate me at all to input any text about what I was doing when Podax crashes. Actually, I wasn't doing anything. SO could you please remove this feature, which isn't helpful to users at all?

There's a setting in the preferences for that. On Jul 1, 2015 9:27 AM, "Dimitri Dhuyvetter" notifications@github.com wrote:

Well, I've just turned that off, but that means no crash reports from me will be coming back to the developers. And apparently my Podax crashes a lot, so not getting those reports prevents developers from getting rid of them.

I stand by my proposal to make the crash report less spammy, so not a pop-up (or whatever the right Android terminology is).

I'm the only developer right now and I'm not looking at the crash reports. The last version was released a long time ago and the development version is so different that they're kind of irrelevant now. It's safe to turn it off right now, and when / if a new version is released, you can turn it back on and I'll make it less intrusive.
