Import subscriptions from Google Reader fails on Podax 4.2 #97

On a Galaxy Tab 10.1 with Honeycomb, a fresh install of Podax 4.2 followed by an attempt to import from an associated Google Reader account crashes after I grant Podax the OAuth permissions to access my Google Reader account.

This was fixed in 4.5.

Confirmed: 4.5 fixes this problem on my Galaxy Tab 10.1. Thanks Dan!
