"jip logs" called without argument returns an error instead of "usage"

if I just type "jip logs" an huge error raises. It would be nice to print the "Usage" instead... or a set default behavior (list it for all jobs)

Thanks, fixed for 0.4. It now prints the usage message if no jobs are specified
